I manage all required third party services and products for you at cost so that you don't have to worry about them. As an item or service is purchased I deduct the amount from the credit and include details of the expenditure in your monthly statement.

Once the credit is all used up you will need to replenish it in $500 increments as needed. Any credit balance remaining at the end of the plan will be refunded to you or you may put it towards a renewal of the plan.
